During your first appointment, Dr. Terry will immediately try to get you out of whatever crisis you may be experiencing.  This visit will last about one hour and will include a detailed exam and case history assessment and the creation of a personalized treatment plan. 
 
Here are some tips to help you prepare:
 
1.  Arrive early.  And be prepared to fill out paperwork.  You'll probably need to
    provide your medical history, current medical status, prescriptions,
    emergency contacts, etc.
2.  Bring your insurance information
3.  Don't forget to let us know which one of Dr. Terry's patients referred you to

                   our office!  (if applicable)
